Jenny brings 25 years of international marketing and business development experience to OIBC. She has held senior positions for multi-nationals ICL/Fujitsu, Compaq/HP as well as for start-ups, including her own consultancy based in Singapore.

She has lived and worked in Asia, the USA and mainland Europe and, like John, Jenny left the UK alone and returned 15 years later with two men: her husband and son!.

Now, as Director of 10 Consulting Ltd, she works with leaders and their teams to develop international business and intercultural effectiveness.

Jenny has a Master of Arts Degree in Coaching and Mentoring Practice (M.A. CMP dist.) and is accredited at senior practitioner level. As a result she works with C-level Executives and their teams in Oxfordshire and across the globe! She has worked with people from all the continents in the world: representing over 50 nationalities.

As a thought-leader in the field of intercultural practice, Jenny is published in the International Journal of Evidence Based Coaching and Mentoring, Coaching at Work, the Training Journal and by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). She has spoken at several conferences on the subject of globalisation, coaching and global leadership.

She is a Coach with Oxford Innovation’s Business Coaching for Growth scheme and a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management (FinstLM). She is also an accredited Team Management Systems Consultant.

Jenny is a Director of OIBC and founding member of the Steering Group Committee. She is actively engaged in developing partnerships for the group and supports the event hosting as an organiser, speaker and expert panel member.
