Maiqi (Maggie) Ma - MOLAES Chinese Business Consultancy

Originally from a remote historical Chinese town, Maiqi (Maggie) Ma has witnessed and participated in the rapid socio-economic transformation in China. From teacher to entrepreneur, from author to speaker, from China to South-East Asia, then settling in the UK, Maiqi has completed her own transformation.

Maiqi’s strong academic background, including an MSc from China and an MA in Education from the UK, provides her with a unique insight into western and eastern cultures and philosophies. She also has extensive experience working in a wide range of sectors and with a large number of organisations including startups in China, Chinese local enterprises, well-known multinational corporates, Government Departments and industrial associations across Asia and Europe.

A wealth of knowledge and experience led Maiqi to set up her own training and consultancy business in Oxford in 2010. She has worked with thousands of professionals from all over the world and has been acclaimed an inspiring and enthusiastic trainer.

Maiqi is a Steering Group member of Oxfordshire International Business Club and a faculty member of LeaderShape Global Ltd. She is dedicated to assisting western businesses to enter China and to help Chinese businesses expand globally.
